About the role
You will craft stories, manage our channels and lead campaigns that promote inclusion, awareness and support for families raising children with special needs and disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and produce content for social media, the website and newsletters.
- Capture and share family stories with consent, dignity and sensitivity.
- Lead awareness campaigns and support fundraising communications.
- Maintain a consistent, warm and trustworthy brand voice.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in communications, content creation or journalism.
- Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Comfort with social media tools and basic design.
- A thoughtful, ethical approach to telling sensitive stories.
