Lead outreach visits and peer support gatherings that reach mothers and families where they are.
We are seeking a warm and organised Community Outreach Coordinator to lead the gatherings and visits that connect us with families across our communities.
About the role
You will be the friendly face of Raphatale Foundation in the community, organising brunches, support meetings and home visits that reduce isolation and build strong networks of support.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and facilitate Extra Special Parents brunches and peer support sessions.
- Coordinate outreach visits and follow up with families.
- Identify families who would benefit from our support and welcome them in.
- Work with volunteers to deliver caring, well run gatherings.
What we are looking for
- Experience in community engagement, facilitation or social work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non judgemental approach.
- Good planning skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language.
