Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers.
- Match volunteers to activities that fit their skills and availability.
- Provide guidance, encouragement and recognition.
- Keep simple, clear records of volunteer involvement.

- Experience coordinating people or volunteers.
- Strong organisation and people skills.
- Patience, warmth and a service minded attitude.
- Availability to support occasional weekend gatherings.
